Tracy Jones of Cariad Hypnotherapy is a fully trained specialist bra fitter and agent for bras4mums. 

bras4mums offers the widest range of maternity and nursing bra styles and sizes in the UK: 28-50 band and A-L cups. Ranges include Anita, Bravado, Carriwell, HOTmilk, Royce and Womama.

Because pregnant women and new Mums can experience discomfort, constriction, back ache and tender breasts directly as a result of an ill fitting bra it is important to know that bras4mums agents are trained to the highest standards (the training courses are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives).

We offer a home fitting service in Wrexham, Chester, Nantwich and surrounding areas. There is a small charge for this service to cover travelling expenses. However, we can fit up to 3 people in one fitting as long as we know in advance and allow enough time for you all.

We allow an hour for a single fitting to ensure you have enough time to try bras on and feed baby if you need to whilst we’re with you.

You will be asked for your pre-pregnancy size and current bra size when you book an appointment. This is so our bra fitters can get bras ready for you to try on. If there is anything particular you want to try on please let us know when you make the appointment.

Our bra fitters also attend ante-natal groups, breastfeeding groups and local shows and events. Please do contact us if you’d like a fitter to come to your group or event.
